World Class Triathlete Richard Stannard, who is sponsored by AUTOGLASS, joined Belron employees for a lunchtime session of training with some interval running. The day was arranged with several people signing up for the session, which lasted an hour.

Everyone who took part found the session extremely useful  - discussing techniques and styles, as well as getting some practice in for the big event itself. A couple of people even made the comment "hey ....he taught us how to run properly"...

Richard will be joining us on Saturday 5th August up at the ExCel centre, and will be available to answer any questions and give advice on the event.

Please remember it is important that on Saturday 5th August you arrive in good time, you are fully prepared, fit, healthy and ready to have FUN!!
